No she wasn’t attempting a Hand plant or a TV stand (see Wikipedia-Freestyle skateboarding tricks) but when bombing down the driveway, Mary lost her footing and found the board in the air and her back on the floor. This Grandma found that a broken wrist doesn’t mean a broken spirit, and although she needs to go under the knife to get it right again, it’s all worth it when her seven year old grandson can tell his friends what his grandma tried one Sunday afternoon.
